Wingspire: Unleash the sky from sketch Sketch

From sketching propellers to simulating airfoils, "Wingspire : Unleash the Sky from Sketch" brought imagination and engineering together in one arena.

The AIAA AUST Student Branch has successfully organized this one-day workshop to introduce participants to the essentials of SolidWorks part modeling, assembly creation, and ANSYS simulation, bridging the gap between design and real-world engineering analysis.

Guided by our instructors Md. Sabit Hasan (CSWP), Sheik Foisal Mahamud (CSWP), and Md. Ekramul Novel (CSWP), attendees learned how a simple sketch can evolve into a fully assembled design and ultimately into a validated engineering solution.

Through hands-on sessions and interactive learning, participants explored how ideas develop into tangible aerospace breakthroughs, demonstrating that every great flight begins with a sketch.
